Quality Service Award

Administrative professional and state-classified employees who are working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for this award.

This award will be given to a person who demonstrates a commitment to outstanding work. The willingness to go “above and beyond” to reach identified goals is evident by the individual’s positive attitude. The individual is consistently engaged in their work. Others, especially students, may comment on this person’s helpfulness, professionalism and assistance.

Award Selection Criteria:

  • Provides quality service to students and the university, including helpfulness and professionalism
  • Willingness to go “above and beyond” to reach identified goals
  • Makes a positive difference in the work environment and demonstrates a commitment to diversity.

Nomination Process & Deadline:

For each box below, please share in 200 words or less on how nominee meets the award criteria. Please use specific examples to enhance the nomination when possible. If you know of others who plan to nominate the same person, we encourage collaboration!  Multiple nominations for the same person will not be weighted more than a single, collective nomination.  Please use the form below to submit your nomination or send a hard copy nomination to Maggie Miranda-Birt, 201 Administration, Campus Delivery 8004.

Completed nominations should be received no later than Monday, May 1, 2017 by 12:00 p.m. for full consideration.
