Challenge Course Facilitators work with a wide variety of groups on the Challenge Course leading team building initiatives, and low and high element experiences. Strong interpersonal abilities, time management, problem-solving, attention to details and safety, sound decision-making and technical skills are essential for the position. Experience with rope systems, climbing gear, belaying, group management, and public speaking are preferred. This includes trails maintenance, landscaping, tree- felling, wood processing, building fence, road maintenance, moving supplies, moving furniture, painting and when needed facilities maintenance. Dining Services staff work in our centrally-located dining hall preparing food, serving guests, cleaning up after meals, and assisting the Cook team. A dining services employee will need to be highly motivated, have a strong sense of customer service, adhere to safety and sanitation policies, be detail-oriented, be able to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs., follow simple recipes, provide assistance to Lead Cooks, stock food lines, and work while standing in a busy environment with direct supervision. Responsibilities also include food preparation, food service, dishwashing, and cleaning and sanitizing the dining center.The hours will vary between the morning shift and evening shift.
