Vice President for Enrollment and Access – Internal Search

Colorado State University is accepting applications for the position of Vice President of Enrollment and Access. The Vice President for Enrollment and Access provides Colorado State University with strategic, innovative and visionary leadership in establishing and meeting institutional enrollment and access goals. The position is responsible for effectively marketing the University to prospective students, including those traditionally underrepresented in higher education, and developing retention programs to support their transition to college and continued success. The position advances CSU’s commitment to the important roles that diversity and inclusion play in the education setting by reaching out to historically underserved populations and facilitating their enrollment and access to higher education.

The Vice President for Enrollment and Access fosters collaborative relationships with colleges and departments across campus and with the public. The position engages in national and international enrollment and access conversations in order to bring vision and marketplace awareness to the University for strategic decision-making. The Vice President for Enrollment and Access manages five units, working with unit leaders to implement best customer service practices, recruit and retain productive and motivated staff who work as effective team members, and effectively engage constituents and communities through inclusive excellence.

This position reports to the Provost and Executive Vice President and serves on the President’s Cabinet.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
